Our Tele Assistance centre is available to you and your customers round the clock, 365 days a year. It´s up to you to decide what type of telephone service you want.
Dedicated staff, cutting-edge technology
AXA Assistance Deutschland currently employes over 300 staff, who are ready to assist your customers in 31 different languages. They have at their disposal a cutting-edge telecommunications system which routes incoming calls to appropriately qualified staff. An integrated data processing programme provides valuable information to help us constantly improve the services we offer and to ensure transparent reporting. The focus of all these efforts is your customer.
It’s important to come up with the right solution to any problem quickly and efficiently – particularly in an emergency. Once the call has been routed to the right member of staff, the emphasis is on a personal discussion. Our Tele Assistance staff deal responsibly with each call, regardless of its nature. Everyone in our communications centre makes it their personal business to see that this is the case.
